Games

I have two games currently in the playtesting phase:

Boondoggle is a road-building market-based Eurogame set in a corrupt city:

Boondoggle The town of Boondoggle used to be just nice folks and country roads. Then, the money poured in. Small-time schemers and crooked dreamers brought their dirty machines and dirtier deals. There's room for you in this town.

Boondoggle is for 3-6 players, ages 10 and up, and takes 1-2 hours to play.

Aesop's Gambit is card game with an unholy mix of poker and literature.

The characters of timeless fables enter the arena. Hare, Tortoise, Monkey, Dragon, Mole and 50 others are all here from the worlds of Aesop, the Panchatantra, Beatrix Potter, Kenneth Grahame and beyond. In various contests, each seeks to best one another with a unique combination of traits:

  • Wit: The wise and cunning ensnare the fools.
  • Hunting: Predator or prey? It depends.
  • Pride: Vanity loses to the humblest of creatures.
  • Pathos: A little compassion goes a long way.
  • Moxie: Courage and stamina are essential.

Aesop's Gambit is for 2-8 players, ages 8 and up, and takes 20-30 minutes to play.

  • Wander, Tinker, Dream.
